Refunds & Returns

You may cancel or return an item within 7 days of receiving it and you will be refunded the full amount less postage & packaging costs. The refund will take no more than 28 days of us receiving the returned item back in its original condition.

Our products are all handmade to the highest standard, however should you receive a faulty item return it to us within 7 days and you will receive a full refund. The refund will take no more than 28 days of us receiving the returned item back in its original condition.

Should you wish to cancel or return an item you must inform us by either writing to our contact address or by email: madebymowbrays@aol.com

Please note commissioned or sale items may not be returned unless faulty (and if not stated so at time of purchase).
